My Account in website is a personalized column for you that helps to manage your personal information like your address, phone number, email id etc. and helps to manage the activity you performed on the website.  You can know about your last order placed, can track status of your latest orders, can re-place your order and you can also review your order bucket list.

Order status lets you know about the journey of your product from company to your home.
Payment Pending Authorization: It state that order you placed has been logged and now we are waiting for the payment gateway to authorize.
Payment Authorized, Order under Process: It means that we have received the authorization from the payment gateway and that’s why we have processed your order.
Order Shipped: It state that we have shipped your order and it is on the way to reach the location you mentioned in delivery address.
Order Cancelled: It means that the order   was cancelled.

As soon as you order payment has been received and confirmed, you would be provided a notification of shipment via SMS/ E.mail. It would carry the details of purchase orders processed by you with estimated time of delivery and tracking details etc. It would confirm that you order is confirmed and processes form our side.

We are sorry to inform you that products listed under ‘Sold Out’ column can’t be ordered as they are not available for purchase. Instead of it you can be informed about availability of product by using ‘Notify Me’ feature.

To check the status of your product you have to go to My Account page and have to click on ‘My Order’ link. On opening the link, you can see the status of your purchased items. To know the status of particular product you can click on particular order link.

We would love to inform you that we have a transparent system of purchase. There are no hidden charges when your purchase on Naturyz. Price mentioned on the product page are the exact one that you have to pay. You can purchase of your desired product by using Credit Card/ Debit Card, Cash on Delivery and by using Internet Banking option.

If the product you ordered is not shipped, then cancellation is possible. What you have to do is to Click on ‘Order’ option and select Cancel for the particular order that you want to cancel. Amount would be refunded to your bank account within 2-5 working days. You can also contact on our helpline number for further support.

You can modify the shipping address before placing an order. Or else you can get direction on how to do it by getting in touch with us on 0124-4383553.
